1.2. Purpose of the processing of data is the operation of APIUM’s website through which APIUM can present its services and maintain customer contacts.
2. Data collection without consent
In addition to the information you provide to APIUM directly, APIUM may collect information about the use of its services without the consent of the user.
2.1. Storing log files
APIUM automatically collects and stores information in log files which users automatically transmit to APIUM. This is not personal data. APIUM cannot trace which user has accessed which data.
The following data is stored with each request:
- name of the requested file
- date and time of access
- volume of data transferred
- notification of whether the access was successful
- IP address
- browser type/version
- used operating system
- referrer URL
Those data cannot be associated with individual persons. A merging with other data sources does not take place. The data will be deleted after a statistical analysis.
This website partially uses so-called cookies. Cookies allow Apium to make its offer more user friendly, more efficient and more secure. Cookies are small text files, stored by your browser on your computer.
The internet browser of the user receives these files automatically from the server of Apium and stores the cookies on user’s computer. The cookies allow the recognition of user’s internet browser and thus an analysis of the using of the website. Apium uses two types of cookies: So-called session cookies and permanent cookies.
Apium sends a session cookie to the user´s computer when he visits the website. The use of the website for the user gets more convenient and faster. In case of cancellation or closing the browser this cookie is deleted and thus has no effect.
Furthermore, Apiums uses a permanent cookie. The data, which contains the cookie is encrypted and therefore cannot be read by third parties.

2.3. Google Analytics
Apium uses Google Analytics, a website analysis service by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on the computer of the user to analyze the use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website (including the IP address of the user) is sent to and stored at a Google server in the U.S.A.

Therefore, APIUM does not affect the amount of data that Google collects with its button. According to Google, no personal data is collected without clicking on the button. If the user is not logged into GOOGLE+, the data is not structured by individual profiles, user names or URLs. Only for logged-in members, such data, including the IP address, is collected and processed.

3. Data collection with consent
In the following cases Apium collects personal information with your consent.
3.1. Web Form
It is possible to send messages via a web form to Apium.
By using the web form APIUM collects and stores the complete data of the web form, that means the following data:
- First name
- Last name
- Job Title
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- the transmitted message
This data will be forwarded from the provider via e-mail to APIUM. Incidentally, APIUM stores and uses the received data in accordance with legal provisions.
3.2. Processing and Transmission of customer data and contract data
APIUM collects, processes and uses person-related data only as far as necessary for the establishment, content-related arrangement or change of the legal relationship (stock data).
APIUM transmits person-related data to third parties only if it necessary to fulfil the contract, e.g. transmitting data to the forwarding agent or the commissioned credit institution in charge with the payment. A further transmission of data to third parties does not take place unless you have given your explicit permission.
If the user decides to receive newsletters offered on this website, APIUM asks for his email address as well as information which allows APIUM to check whether the user is the owner of the provided email address and if the user agrees to the reception of the newsletter.
Further data will not be collected. APIUM uses those data exclusively for the sending the requested information and does not transmit them to third parties. The given permission to the storage of this data, the email address as well as the use of such for the purpose of sending the newsletters can be withdrawn at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe”-link within the newsletter.

4. Right of information and Right of Cancellation
The user has the right to be informed about his collected person-related data, its origin and addressee and the purpose of data processing.
